Booking terms
1. Who lets the property
Cherì Navona, Vicolo dei Soldati 44, 00186 Roma, CIN IT058091C25JSC8Y2I, is let by Viviana Averni, a private individual not acting as a business (contact: cheri.navona@voyagerrome.com). A receipt, not an invoice, is issued for the stay. Services provided by third parties at your request (for example a chauffeured car) are paid to and invoiced by the provider directly.
2. Booking and confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed: you receive a confirmation email with the link to your guest area. Bookings with a pet, or that need an agreement, remain pending until the host approves them; if not approved, the booking is not confirmed and nothing remains due. You must be of age to book.
3. Price and payment
The price shown in the summary includes the accommodation and final cleaning; the tourist tax is shown separately. Payment is due at booking, online through Stripe: the website neither sees nor stores card details.
4. Cancellation
Cancelación gratuita hasta 30 días antes de la llegada: reembolso completo de lo abonado. Pasado ese plazo, y en caso de no presentarse, el importe abonado no se reembolsa. La tasa turística, si ya se ha pagado, se devuelve siempre por las noches no disfrutadas.
5. Tourist tax
The City of Rome tourist tax is owed by law by the guest, at the rate and with the exemptions set by the municipal regulation; it is shown separately in the summary and is not part of the accommodation price.
6. Contract
For every stay the guest signs a rental contract online: a tourist rental for up to 30 nights; for longer stays, a temporary rental contract (Law 431/1998 and Ministerial Decree of 16 January 2017), in which the guest states the reason for the temporary need and attaches the document proving it.
7. Documents and arrival
Check-in from 15:00–20:00 to undefined; check-out by 10:00. Late arrivals only by agreement and for a fee. The law requires the details of every guest to be reported to the police: before arrival you complete the pre-check-in, and on arrival every guest is identified against the original document, in person or by video call. The entry code appears in your area only after identification.
8. House rules
Non-smoking home (the ban covers every form of smoke and vapour: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, shisha); no parties or events; please respect the neighbours' peace; do not exceed the number of guests booked. The sleeping area is on the lower floor without a conventional window (light well): the home is not suitable for people with claustrophobia.
9. Damage and keys
Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay by themselves or their companions. Lost keys are charged as stated in the contract. Please report any problem at once, from your guest area or to the house's contacts.
10. Applicable law
Italian law applies. Disputes go before the court set by law; for disputes with a guest acting as a consumer, the court of the guest's place of residence, where the law so provides.
